RECURRING MONTHLY TRAINING

Lock in your training schedule with recurring weekly sessions, billed one month in advance. This guarantees your preferred day and time each week. Every monthly client receives a custom-designed nutrition plan tailored to their unique body composition, macro needs, and fitness goals. Plus, enjoy complimentary InBody scans each month to track progress and see your results in real numbers.

30 MINUTES... per session

Shorter duration for clients new to lifting weights or exercise, who may not have the stamina to begin with longer training sessions

45 MINUTES... per session

Moderate duration for clients who have basic lifting experience or already exercise several times a week

60 MINUTES... per session

 Best suited for clients with moderate lifting experience ready to push their limits and elevate both their physical and mental strength
