Mandie is a full-time certified personal trainer with over 15 years experience in personal training and group fitness. She specializes in strength training female clients of all ages and fitness levels, and has extensive knowledge in training, nutrition, and hormonal/metabolic imbalances.
Mande's specialty is training female clients as she feels that a deep level of trust and comfort is necessary between trainer and client, which can best be achieved by candid, open communication and shared life experiences such as birthing and raising children, menopause and other women's health issues.
Mandie lives the fitness lifestyle, and up until Covid competed as a women’s physique bodybuilder. She's also a mom of four and knows what a challenge it is to work and take care of a family, while staying fit and training daily.
Mandie is a firm believer that strength training is the closest thing that exists to the fountain of youth, and that by staying strong as we age, not only can we extend our lifespan, but also extend the number of years doing the things that we love without the physical limitations that normally come with aging.
